Escape Root

A short game demo I created solo as for the global game jam 2023. The theme of the jam was "roots". I opted for an endless runner arcade game where you evade sprouting roots as long as possible. I also opted for one of the diversifiers which was no text, so I conveyed everything through icons such as controls and UI. Everything was done solo unless mentioned otherwise in the credits. I may have the opportunity to showcase my project at the national video game museum in Sheffield again, but has yet to be confirmed at time of writing.
