Mechjam game jam entry
(April 2021)
A short game demo I created as an entry to a game jam called "mechjam" hosted on itch.io. I worked on this game solo doing the design, programming and art/animation. For this game, I wanted to give the mechs a feel of weight with the thud sound effects and camera shake on landing and walking. I also wanted to make killing enemies feel satisfying, with the death pose with a few explosions before exploding for good, and with choppers being shot down and falling before exploding.
